All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (M-F) and are then shipped. The shipping table below does not include processing time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Once orders have been processed, we cannot change your shipping method or address. Please be sure to enter in the correct information desired and let us know ASAP if you have made a mistake and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ship each business day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PST are processed the following business day. Shipping times are estimates provided by each mail carrier. These are not guarantees.
Once packages have been shipped and are with postal services, we are not liable for any delays in shipping. Please contact the mail carrier with your tracking number for any delay and delivery inquiries.
We are not liable for orders marked as delivered but not received, due to incorrect address, loss/theft, or failure to collect.
